FBI Joins Search for Missing 15-Year-Old Redondo Beach Girl Last Seen With Homicide Suspects.

Redondo Beach, CA - The FBI has joined the search for the missing 15-year-old Redondo Beach young lady accepted to be with her mom and her mom's ex, both of whom are crime suspects and are viewed as equipped and perilous, the authority said Wednesday, just about a month after an Amber Alert was issued for the young lady.

The youngster, Alora Benitez, was most recently seen getting into a white BMW in Torrance on April 17 with Maricela Mercado, 40, and Roman Cerratos, 39.

The two were recognized as suspects in the lethal shooting of 32-year-old Jeffrey Appel in Carson, as indicated by the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department.

San Diego Police later found the BMW empty in the bordertown of San Ysidro about seven days after the fact, specialists said.

Appel was discovered dead with discharge wounds to his neck and middle inside a vehicle left on the 400 square of East Carson Plaza Drive on April 16, LASD said.

A $20,000 remunerate is being offered for data prompting the speculates' captures.

Family held a vigil for the adolescent half a month after her vanishing and argued for her arrival.

"Alora, in case you're tuning in, on the off chance that you see any of this: Make a keep running for it. Call 911. Get to a telephone. Request help. Go where there's many individuals," her dad Julian Benitez Jr. said at the vigil.

Benitez was depicted as Latina, around 5 feet, 2 inches tall and weighing around 100 pounds, with darker hair and dark colored eyes.

Cerratos was depicted as a Latino man remaining at around 6 feet, 1 inch tall and weighing around 210 pounds, with a bare head and dark colored eyes. Mercado is a Latina lady, approximately 5 feet, 3 inches tall and weighing around 130 pounds, with dark colored hair and darker eyes, authorities said.
